Minor foxing and age toning on preliminary leaves and page edges. First edition of Wilson's first novel, set in an English public school. Boldly signed and inscribed by the author in blue ballpoint on front flyleaf in year of publication: "To Lynette / With very best wishes / from Guy / 14.4.61.
