About This Item
nd. London and Edinburgh: W. & R. Chambers. Oblong tall 8vo. Hardcover. Fair only. The binding (which is not the original) is tight, although the hinges are cracked. This is an ex-library copy with new cover and endpapers. The illustrations are complete and intact. There are creases along the edges and three have been taped. The text pages are smudged with chips at the edges. No beauty, but the wonderful illustrations are bright and clean.
