Burnet, TX: Eakin Press, 1979. First Edition . Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Letters written by Archibald John Marjoribanks as co-manage the Rocking Chair Ranche in the eastern Panhandle of Texas from 1883 to 1893. Transcribed by Estelle Tinkler from the Panhandle-Plains Museum collection, Canyon, TX. 169 pp. Brown marbleized finish boards with bright gilt type on front and spine. Bright and tight with clean interior. Dust jacket has light sunning on spine and a small scuff at top of front hinge. Two small closed tears on top edge and light chipping on corners.Now in protective cover.
