London: Printed For H. Knaplock, D. Midwinter, G. Strahan and others, 1740 The Sixth Edition. Titles in red and black, [8], 464pp, [28]; [4], 420pp, [34], printed on laid paper, with flourished initials, as well has head and tail-pieces. With 31 plates of which three are folding. Uniformly bound in polished calf, raised bands on spines, with bindings and hinges tight. In Volume I, page 441 is mis-numbered as page 429. In Volume II, page 341 is mis-numbered as 331. Two leaves show a closed edge tear, two leaves show corner loss, not affecting the text.
