Contains black and white & colour illustrated plates. Pages are lightly tanned with moderate foxing to endpapers and text block edges. Former owner's name to front free endpaper, with pencil inscription to paste-down. Minor dog-eared corners, with a few small nicks along text block edge. Mild cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Plates are bright and clear, with slight tanning and foxing to edges. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with mild bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate tanning and heavy foxing to spine, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a pronounced forward lean. Slight insect damage to front and rear board.
