Los Angeles, CA: The Ward Ritchie Press, 1941. xxiii, 210 pp., putty colored cloth w/ black lettering & brown "decoration"; Dust jacket in clear archival cover; Book shows brown spots of foxing to & near spine, & to upper portions of boards; spine is somewhat discolored; rectangular browned areas to endpapers; Dust jacket shows wear, short tears & chipping to edges w/ some creasing to top edges; spine panel has sizeable pieces missing & is being held together by tape on reverse side (and also, now, by a clear archival jacket cover); front flap fold is also worn, separating at some points; light browning to top portions overall, as well as to remains of spine panel / "The book is written in terse, swift, graphic language with a smack of cowboy lingo and droll humor."
