Limited to One thousand copies of England and America. Number 13 of 1000."" 8vo. 253 pp. Illustrations by Paul Avril. Quarter bound with brown leather spine, hinges, and corners. Three raised bands; gilt titling and design on the spine. Green cloth over boards. Top edge gilt. Some wear to the leather. Pages uncut on the side, cut top and bottom. Very nice and clean, tight copy. Illustrations are in red and blue and are clean and crisp. Spine is dry and cracked at the fold top and bottom. Please ask for additional photos prior to purchasing.
