New York: Macmillan. Fair. 1901. First Edition. Hardcover. Maps, plates and tables; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 261 pages; HC 1st edition. Ex-library copy in original ribbed olive green cloth with titles in gilt to spine. Binding shaken with splitting to the endpages in the gutters. Cloth frayed at spine ends. Almost all of the plates on heavy card stock were treated with an ownership library blind stamp to the front edge. A number of the plates have loosened from the binding and are loose. Text clean and unmarked. Fair to good only .
