Hardback, 1962, first edition thus, published by Bramhall House, New York, 350 pages.
Measures 11" by 8 3/8" by 1 1/8". Dust jacket has some scuffing and minor marking, with discolouration towards edges and heavily so on spine area. Also some tears to jacket and several tape repairs. Creasing and a little tattering at edges. Paper on card boards with cloth spine, a little marking though otherwise clean, with some discolouration to board edges. Binding firm. Page edges a little browned, with some marking and scuffing. Page surfaces clean, no marginalia, underlining, etc. See pictures for more information.
