(1st, G-A) Slightly smaller, thin book, fine green cloth with light brown patch with red design and black lettering at top front and spine top, 37 heavy lightly browned pages. Signed on first front end paper by John Hyde Preston, dated 1927: Preston was a friend of Gertrude Stein as well as historian and author of several books on the American Revolution. Very slight foxing to early end papers, ink name and date (1927) on first front end paper, very slight surface wear to bottom tips, light wear to spine top edge. Near Fine.
