About This Item
The Press of the Readers Club, 1942. Hardcover. Very Good in Very Good DJ. Very good + gray cloth hardcover with blue illustration to cover and red and blue letter to spine shows a name at top of front endpaper and some other light trace wear including touch of soil and couple of rub spots to covers, light bumping to corners and edges and some other light trace wear, in very good dust jacket (price at both inner flaps) that shows some soiling, rubbing at edges and edgewear that includes closed tears. 409 pages with foreword by Sinclair Lewis. Still a pleasing copy in jacket of this edition of this novel that makes up an installment in the Readers Club line of reprints intended to bring attention to work unnecessarily neglected.
