Hardcovers, two volumes bound in matching genuine red leather with real 22 kt gold decoration. 461 and 627 pages respectively. All edges gilt, silk ribbon markers sewn-in, raised spines. Notes, Bibliography, Index. Two-page broad-side, Collector's Notes from The Library of the Presidents, laid-in loose in each volume and single unused Easton Press book-plate from The Library of the Presidents laid-in vol. II. First edition thus. No previous ownership marks. A clean, fresh, near like new set showing several minute darker specks to outer joints. Else binding and interior pristine and as new. Near fine. Due to weight, Priority and International orders will require additional postage. .
