London: Virtue, Spalding and Co., 1875. 1st Edition . Decorative Cloth. Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Brown cloth with black and gilt decoration, the covers are clean and tidy, gilt bright, the hinges are in good order, a bit overpulled in the centre (with a couple of sheets slightly loosened). Nice internally, only light toning and marking. 72 woodcut illustrations throughout, newspaper article taped onto the endpaper regarding the Eleanor cross at Hardingstone. Pages; XII, 159.
