Hardcover. Condition: Good. Octavos. Two volumes. Volume I: [1], xii, 461 pages, [2]. Engraved title page. Volume II: [3], 612 pages, [2]. Brownish marbled paper covered boards. Brown leather corners and spine. Spines still attached but splitting. Marbled end sheets. . . Damp staining to pages in back both volumes. Light occasional spotting to the text. A good set. Comes with an interesting typed letter from 1938 telling about why it is a gift and what the recipient will get out of it. Entertaining.
