Illustrated with a color frontispiece, illustrated title page in color, five color plates and 43 b/w illustrations in the text. Green paper over boards with browncloth spine, lettered in gilt at front and spine. Boards lightly soiled, edges rubbed, corners bumped and worn to boards. Binding firm.
