About This Item
Thomas B. Mosher, Portland, 1922. Early Edition. Hardcover (Half Leather). Very Good Condition/No Dust Jacket. Various authors. Amphora, Portland: Thomas Mosher, 1922.Duodecimo, fourth edition of 925 copies, pp. xvi, 190, 1 (colophon), marbled paper-covered boards half-bound in brown morocco with gilt lettering to spine, five raised bands, brown stamping to resemble a stitched binding, former owner's name on free front endpaper, sticker ghost on rear paste-down. Selections from more than 100 authors here -- I can't fathom why Mosher brought them together like this, except that publishers have to publish something. Size: Duodecimo. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. All edges clean, neat and free of foxing.
