Boston: James R. Osgood, 1873. first edition. Hardcover. Very good. 4 x 6 in. 184 pp. Brown cloth boards with gilt titles and blindstamped decorations. Rec text edges. Frontis and plates with tissue guards. Condition is VERY GOOD ; covers very clean and fresh, corners mildly bumped with very mild wear, slight loss to both spine ends. Spine is bright with the gilt titles also bright, spine is cocked. Binding tight and text extremely clean, fresh and unmarked. Dark endpapers very clean, small wear to rear pastedown where a bookshop label used to be. Maine. RGR.
