Corner clipped from one tissue guard, else internally very good. In half morocco slipcase. Second edition of HINTS TO SPORTSMEN, first published in 1851. A compendious account of winged game as well as, to a lesser extent, earthbound game, followed up by a large section on general hints for sportsmen on how to deal with terrain, their arsenals, and chance injuries to self or hound.
