Fine in dark green buckram covered boards with gilt text and decorations on the spine and on the front board with a small but attractive prior owner's book plate on the first free end paper. In a fine glassine dust jacket and contained within a fine paper covered slip case. One of only 300 limited edition copies printed. This copy is signed by the author on the limitation page and numbered copy 36. 325 pages of text including an index and illustrated with drawings by T. O. Duncan. A unique bibliography of the publications of the Forest and Stream Publishing, Outing Publishing , Macmillan's The American Sportsman's Library, Cincinnati Publishers, A. R. Harding and Hunter-Trader-Trapper, Windward House, A. S. Barnes and Company,The Angler's Club of New York, The Boone and Crockett Club Books and a host of other publishers of sporting books. The unusual aspect of this particular edition is that it has pages from important books actually tipped-in.
