New York: Bramhall House, 1966. Published 1966. Includes 86 color plates, 146 illustrations in black and white. Brick red hardcover with burnt orange cloth spine, crimison spine lettering, 244 pages with extensive index, color illustrated dustjacket. The book is in very good condition with minimal edgewear, sound text block, good hinges, clean pages with no names or other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not corner clipped and is also in very good condition with some edgwear in the form of rubbed spine ends and corners. . Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
