Columbia University Press; New York and London, 1974. Hard. Ex-library copies. Two Volumes; 2545. Ex-library copies. Two Volumes. Very good. Red cloth with gilt to front and spine. Some soiling to covers and selotape and reference numbers to spines. The bindings are a little weak but all pages are tight. Several library stamps to prelims which have been crossed out with a marker pen. Good tight copies overall.
