Two small scuffs to spine foot edges to first volume, two small scuffs to spine head edges and foot edge to volume II, extremely gentle rubbing to rear corners to both volumes, very gently bumped top corners to volume II, black ink ownership signature to front endpaper to volume II, sticky ownership bookplate (now protected with wax paper) to front free endpaper to first volume, four small tears to DJs, bright pages, tight binding, else Very Good(+) in Good DJs.. Two octavo volumes in black-silver DJs, chiefly b&w illustrations, portraits, diagrams, tables 24 cm. DJs protected in archival mylar sleeve.
