Internally clean. Sunday School inscription to inner board dated 1934. Hesba Stretton was the nom de plume of Sarah Smith 1832 - 1911, who wrote for Dickens' magazines and helped to found the London Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children.. Hard Cover.
