Indianapolis: The Bobbs Merrill Company, 1912. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Gustave Baumann. 4to. White cloth over navy cloth covered boards with just the slightest discoloration and foxing of the white cloth. The dust jacket has light edgewear and chipping to the spine ends and one small chip to the rear panel, which has been repaired, wiith a Japanese tissue mend along the spine verso as well. Illustrated with 12 colour plates by Gustave Baumann. A small 1cm chip in the fore-edge margin of one plate, otherwise fine throughout in a tight and square binding. An excellent copy, rare in the dust jacket.
