New York: Macmillan, 1991 48pp. Large inscription by Illustrator Ashley Bryan. Ex Library with usual markings and attachments. Mylar protecting dust jacket is glued to the inside of the boards. Tips and spine ends are lightly bumped. Spine ends are lightly rubbed. Spine ends and edges of boards near spine ends are sunned. Hinges are a bit weak. Rear endpaper and inside of rear board have a couple tiny stains. Signature is open at pages 16 and 17 and pages 32 and 33. Pages 20 and 21 each have a tiny stain. Tips of flaps have tiny diagonal creases. Protective mylar covering has some scratches. Text is unmarked. 0689316623. Inscribed By Illustrator. First Edition. Hardcover. Fair/Very Good Plus Jacket.
