[San Francisco]: Author, nd (ca 1974). Limited Midnight Special Edition, #40 of 100.. Orange file folder w pages stapled inside, original hand-lettered cover.. Very Good overall, unmarked.. Collection of photocopied poems and drawings. Inscribed on verso of front wrap to his author-photographer friend Ed Buryn, For Ed with love, Jack Micheline. The first drawing (of 6) is signed by Dave Geiser. The poems included are: All American Poets Are In Prison, Poem To a Madman on a Freightrain Racing Through the Siberian Wasteland, A Poem For Those Who Make a Business of Poetry, Cockymoon, The Soaring Bird Reflects a Living Landscape, and It Is Not Here On Earth What I Am Seeking. Included is a separate 8 x 10 color print of Jack walking and pufffing a cigarette on a crowded San Francisco street in June 1977, signed by photographer Ed Buryn. (This is the image used on the cover of Jack*s book Skinny Dynamite.) Unique offering.
