Rare original. Subtitle: "Being in book form, the series of articles under the same title as originally published in the New York Credit Men's Association Bulletin". A satire, "sparing no one", its theme is toward improving the Bankruptcy Act, notes the Introduction, adding that attorneys should be chosen carefully. The law had been abused, notes the author, who was a member of the New York Bar. Judge Garvin was of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. "Alice" is ushered toward the Rankbusty Court by, of course, a little white rabbit.
