London, United Kingdom: Adam & Charles Black, 1975. 1st. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Green boards with silver lettering along the spine. FIRST EDITION. Numerous illustrations, tables and maps. The DJ has an half-inch tear at the top of the spine. The leading edges of the DJ have been covered in tape that has yellowed with age causing tape ghosts on the front and rear free pages. 190 pages.
