Near Fine with cloth lightly rubbed at extremities and faintly faded at the spine; small, faint scrapes to edge of page block at early pages. In acetate wrapper which toned and dimpled at the spine. In a Very Good publisher's slipcase which is lightly rubbed at the extremities, and darkened unevenly along the edges. The first single-volume edition of Lawrence Durrell's Alexandria Quartet, containing the novels Justine, Balthazar, Mountolive and Clea; Signed by the author.
