Printed for private distribution, London, 1900, 1st edition. Red cloth boards, gilt lettering to spine and front cover. Aeg. 10ins x 6.5ins, [vi], viii, 255pp, 1pp errata. Facsimile frontis of hand written document opposite the title page, a few small portraits within the text. Inscribed to the half title page ""to A.J. Jubbs, Esq, with the kind regards of the author, Feb 1901"". Original spine has been relaid with small amount of loss to top & bottom of spine. New endpapers. This copy was previously in the library of the Society of Australian Genealogists. There are three small stamps of the society (overprinted with the word cancelled) to the half title and title pages. Contents VG, covers G.
