Dusty blue coloured end pages. The text is illustrated with three inserts, of eight pages each, of black-and-white photography dark blue coloured boards with silver coloured titles to the back strip. Photographic dustwrapper with black and white coloured titles to the front panel and black coloured titles to the back strip. The biography of Alan Villiers, sailor, documenter of sailing ships and the preserver of same. A little rubbing of the book corners and back strip corners. Rubbing of the dustwrapper edges and pages  the rear panel most affected. There is a sticker to the lower right-hand corner of the front panel stating "Winner Mountbatten Maritime Award 2009".
