USA: Frederick J. Drake & Co., Publishers, 1942. Red cloth on boards with gilt titles. Cover: moderate soiling and rubbing. Spine: head & foot with thin bumping and light wear to corners. Edges: faint few only foxings; bottom edge with dark ink blue soiling to half of the edge; light dusting of soiling to fore and top-edge.Eps: light sprinkles of foxings; fep with vertical thin shadowing. Last third of the book the bottom edges have a very thin bleed from the bottom edges blue ink; as well as, light rippling effect. Generous b/w illustrations & drawings. Binding is VG+ 757p. First Edition. HB. VG/None.
