Ex library with ink stamps of the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries to the half title page and also to the front cover. In plain paper covers which are soiled and ink stamped to the front and also to the rear inner cover. the pamphlet is soiled to the first few pages. Some spotting. Stabholes to the inner margins throughout..
