The first edition of Daphne du Maurier's collection of long stories featuring the acclaimed title 'Don't Look Now.' The first edition of this work. Impression indiscernible due to title page being excised by a previous owner. Complete with unclipped dust wrapper. A collection of long stories by Daphne du Maurier. This book was later re-published in the UK by Harmondsworth under the title 'Don't Look Now, and other stories' after the most popular featured tale, which inspired the 1973 film of the same name directed by Nicolas Roeg, and further media adaptations. In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally very smart with only light bumping to head and tail of spine. Dust wrapper excellent with minor shelf wear only. Minor ink and corrector marks to 'By the same author' leaf. Internally, firmly bound. Pages bright and clean. Very Good
Synopsis
