Educational book on recognising species of birds, animals, insects, flowers, trees and seashore creatures throughout the seasons, with exercises at the end of each section. 144pp illustrated with 16 colour plates and black and white drawings to the text. Originally a stapled book, but this copy has been rebound with red thread. Some rubbing to cover, turned page corners and marking to edges and margins, otherwise good copy with no inscriptions..
