London: Printed by Thomas Baskett., 1745. First edition. Folio (32 x 20cm). Unbound. [2], 719-723. Woodcut coat of arms to the title page, decorative woodcut initial to the first text page, text in black letter. A very good copy with a little separation between pp.720-21, minor toning, and slight wear to the left-hand margin where once bound within a larger volume. An Act published in Public General Acts 1744-1745, regarding naval discipline in the context of the War of the Austrian Succession (1740-1748).
