Proof dust jacket; on thinner paper shows final jacket.; 5-1/4" x 8-1/4"; 751 pp; Front cover with crease, covers a bit sunned in places, worn at corners, early pages show corner wear and creases at upper right corner (lightly bumped), no tears or writing observed. Dust jacket lightly rubbed, lightly worn along bottom edge, crease at lower right of front panel, worn along top edge with short closed tears and tiny losses, splitting at bottom of rear flap fold. .

U.S. BUYERS. Standard -- Most orders can be shipped by USPS Media Mail within the continental U.S. for the standard charge regardless of weight. Expedited -- Items which fit in the Flat Rate Envelope (about 6" x 9") can usually be sent by Priority Mail for $10.00; in that case we will automatically reduce the shipping charge for an expedited order when the order is processed. Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
