About This Item
London: Trubner & Co.. London, Trubner & Co., 1880. First Edition. First Impression. Hardback. A very good copy. Two volumes, complete. An important pre-Wellsian interplanetary fiction involving travel to Mars. Glue remnants to the front pastedowns of both books - evidently plate removals. I imagine private plates rather than public given there are no further signs of former ownership. A little wear to the spine tips, including a little loss to the upper layer. Other than that, a very nice set. [10245, Hyraxia Books]. . Very Good. Hardback. 1st Edition. 1880.
