About This Item
London: Duckworth & Co, 1993. 1st Edition. Green Cloth. Very Good Plus/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Illustrated. 148pp. A lovely copy of this first edition ( 1993) with wrapper. B/w photographic plates of Michael Oakeshott as frontispiece plate. Gilt embossed lettering to the spine. Slight bump to the head and tail of the spine. There is a slight soil mark to the margin of the title page with a sligth corresponding mark to the margin of the frontispiece plate - not affecting the illustration in anyway. Fresh and clean. Dust wrapper not price clipped. Some light creasing to the tail of the front panel of the wrapper. Clean and tight. A very good copy indeed.
