Very large, heavy, thick book, textured red faux leather with very bright gilt title and illustration at top front, very bright gilt lettering on spine, 782 pages plus brief biographical note and small photo. On half-title page in strong, flowing black ink: "To Paul, Blessings to you. Hope you enjoy. Anthony Conforti." DJ glossy and color-designed beneath mylar with color photo illustration of small statue showing ornately dressed Indian in canoe with background in shades of red, color photo of crystal skull in shades of green on back. DJ has two creases (publisher's defects) at top front left, light creases at spine top and bottom, nick at spine bottom right edge, very tiny black dot near top back tip. Very Good DJ/Very Fine book.
