Covers lightly soiled with numerous creases and scored split through lower cover (approx 2 cm). Corner tips creased throughout otherwise contents clean; no annotation or inscriptions. A Very Good copy. The latest rules for colliery managers, including those on employment, accidents, wages, explosives and working conditions. Pegswood Colliery near Ashington in Northumberland operated until 1969, and in 1902 was owned by the Bentick West Hartley Colliery, managed by W. Ramsay.
