Single sheet folded; small Folio, with two sheets laid in: one with a biography of the poet on verso reproduced from manuscript in his hand the poem "Green"; the second with a schedule of the event with brief biographies of most of the speakers/readers: Dana Gioia, Philip Bosco, Brad Leithauser; Tree Swenson and Mary Jo Salter. Swenson presented the Wallace Stevens Award to Wilbur from the Academy of American Poets. Near fine.
