About This Item
New York: Holt, Rinehart, Winston, 1982. First Edition. Signed and inscribed by the author Paul Kael to fellow film critic F.X. Feeney at the front free endpaper: “F.X. Feeney, I hope you make some discoveries from these pages. All best, Pauline Kael”. Very good plus copy with some minor handling, a bit of edge wear, and a trace of dust soiling in a near fine dust jacket with a hint of dust soiling. F.X. Feeney (1953 - 2020) is best known for his work as a film and book critic for LA Weekly, creative consultant for Z Channel, and for his pieces in American Film, Movieline, People Magazine, Variety, and Vanity Fair. He is also the author of the 2015 book Orson Welles; Power, Heart and Soul.
