Lenox, MA: Arts Action Press, N.d. [1976?]. First, Limited Edition. Printed broadside, 41cm x 21cm. One of 80 copies, signed by both Wilbur and artist Dwight Little. Reprints the poem "4/5/74" (collected in Wilbur's Collected Poems, and generally recorded as, "April 5th, 1974"). At head of text is an illustration by Dwight Little. Printed by Keith Thompson at Hawthorne Press. Faint creases to margins, a few tiny spots to verso, else Fine. A rather scarce Wilbur "A" item, though date of publication is uncertain (post-dates Field's Wilbur check-list); OCLC main catalog entry provides a date of 1976.
