About This Item
"Hardcover in red cloth. No dust jacket (as issued). Sun damage to front cover. Spine flaking and falling off, leaving the original paper pasted there largely illegible. Normal shelf wear. Foxing throughout. Some separation on the front interior hinge. Illustrations throughout. Some pencil on front end papers."
William Blake was an English poet and painter whose work was underappreciated during his lifetime. One of his best and most important works was "Illustrations of the Book of Job" – Blake's pictorial interpretations of the Book of Job. According to both Schoenherr and Essick, these works of art are Blake's greatest masterpieces
