[Phila., Pub. by Townsend Ward, 1846], Map. Approx. 20 x 20 inches. Lithographically-printed and hand-colored. Dissected and mounted on publisher's original cloth linen, as issued. Map uniformly and quite tanned; Good.

This map accompanied the 1846 Philadelphia edition of Some Account of the British Army, Under the Command of General Howe, and of the Battle of Brandywine, on the Memorable September 11th, 1777.... It is modestly hand-colored in red, yellow and blue wash and shows all of the significant positions of the American, British and Hessian troops, their positions and movements.
