New York: National Dairy Products Corporation, 1963. Digest-sized trade paperback, 288 pages, plus mouth-watering full colour photographs; tiny traces of shelf wear to exterior, but uncreased, appears unused (none of the usual butter-finger stains) except for ink marks on several pages (page numbers underlined, "Good"" written in margin of one page), otherwise very clean and unmarked. See also our listings for Milk and Honey Treasures, and for Roquefort [Cheese, Chefmanship, Recipes] published by the Roquefort Association (make my day, ask for a deal on all three!). . Soft Cover. Very Good ++.
