London: The Centenary Press, 1932 Unusually this book starts at Gravesend and finishes at Oxford, but then Donald Maxwell lived at Borstal, near Rochester, and he would probably have seen it from that perspective. 193pp full of Maxwell's surperb line illustrations and with emphasis on many of the religious buildings on the banks of the river. Scarce with dustjacket.
