ARE YOU LISTENING TO HIS VOICE? Are You Listening to His Voice is a Spirit-filled book of poems for any person seeking to develop a more personal relationship with Jesus Christ, that will ultimately lead to conviction and praise. This book is written to inspire, to uplift, to motivate, to encourage, and to change us that we may become more and more like Jesus. Sometimes when the roads get rough and the load gets heavy, this book of poems will let you know that you are truly not alone in this Christian Journey as we attempt to carry our cross daily. Bertha Barrett Jackson is next to the youngest child out of thirteen (13) children and has been a licensed Baptist Minister for over thirteen (13) years. She has been married for thirty and one-half (30 1/2) years to George F. Jackson, Sr. She is a mother, a teacher, a preacher, a poet, an artist, a cook, a seamstress, a missionary, a songwriter, and a copyright author of Africa-A Pre-Trip Must!, which is in the process of being published. She is currently working on her third (3) book. She ministers when and wherever the Spirit of God leads. She highly supports and encourages the Women's Ministry and Workshops through her local church. She freely preaches at the local nursing home. She is a member of the Goochland Christian Churches Association, Inc., which was formed out of necessity to help meet the immediate needs of the community by pooling their resources. Most importantly, she is a born-again, Holy Spirit filled prophetess called and ordained by God. Leading lost souls to Christ and pleasing God is her only agenda.

Near Fine (NrFine or NF)Almost perfect, but not quite fine. Any defect outside of shelf-wear should be noted.
-
Very Good (VG)A used book that does show some small signs of wear - but no tears - on either binding or paper. Very good items should not have writing or highlighting.
-
Good (G or Gd.)The average used and worn book that has all pages or leaves present. ‘Good’ items often include writing and highlighting and may be ex-library. Any defects should be noted. The oft-repeated aphorism in the book collecting world is “good isn’t very good.”
-
FairIt is best to assume that a “fair” book is in rough shape but still readable.
