An unused poster variant, showing scenes from the film incorporated into a shadowy hand on a black background, with the working tagline just below the title: "The seed is planted... terror grows." Mounted on illustration board, with a protective cover sheet with annotations regarding layout in holograph pencil.

Based on the 1956 film directed by Don Siegel, in turn based on Jack Finney's 1955 novel "The Body Snatchers," about a small town doctor who discovers that the population of his town is being replaced by emotionless alien duplicates.

Shot on location in San Francisco.

Design approximately 18.5 x 14.5 inches, illustration board 15 x 20 inches. Very Good plus, with light wear to the protective cover sheet and faint age toning overall.
